Beautifully furnished holiday home in a small village of Peroj, about 100 m from the sea.

The house is beautifully furnished in a modern style and offers the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. Next to the house is a small annex with a small kitchenette and a washing machine.

In front of the house is a covered terrace, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. At the back of the house there is another terrace where you can eat or prepare delicious barbecues. Relax in the garden while the youngest play there.

Near the house there is a tourist area with a restaurant, sports fields and other facilities. Take a stroll along the seafront and visit the nearby town of Fazana to enjoy the many summer events. Also do not miss a trip to the Brijuni National Park.

The apartment is modern but not really comfortable for us. The equipment was complete. For longer stays, a vacuum cleaner would be wise. Due to a new construction, the sea view is strongly affected and only on the balcony a small neckline can be seen. This does not seem appropriate to us for an apartment whose description expressly states the sea view.

The communication was fabulous. Just like in the pictures. Unfortunately, no mosquito net, but that is probably not so common in the area and complaining at a high level. The area itself was very, very quiet in our time, also because of the dead end. Bakery (very good), small pizzeria and small council in the locality. We did the rest, like eating, shopping and going in the evening among the people in Fazana. The beach in Peroj was a dream for us!

The host and the accommodation are great. All requests were answered. As in the pictures. We wanted peace and quiet, after which we had too much hustle and bustle in Baska last year. All major cities in the area can be reached in a short time. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. We can only recommend the accommodation. Thank you rentlocation

Beautiful holiday apartment that really has everything to offer: fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen, washing machine, etc. The beach, a small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. Peroj is an excellent starting point for many beautiful excursions.
