Villa Casa Rotodo is a modern villa located in Central Dalmatia, designed for a relaxing family holiday.
The interior of Villa Casa Rotodo has a modern style and design, with bright and light-flooded common areas. You will find the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living/dining room on the ground floor. There you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom for your comfort.
The ground floor offers you direct access to the pleasant large covered terrace. The upper floor houses the remaining 4 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. The bedrooms are located in two separate units, each with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small, fully functional kitchen. The view from the balconies extends over the inviting swimming pool and the carefully maintained garden.
The garden also has a children’s playground, where the youngest can spend time. The barbecue and the outdoor dining area invite you to family dinners, where you can enjoy locally prepared dishes. Villa Casa Rotodo is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed. Villa Casa Rotodo is located in Kastel Stafilic, one of the 7 historical villages that each developed around their own castel, hence its name.
Each village has its own particularity, which blends into the character of this part of the Mediterranean. Due to its geographical location, Kastela can be both a seaside resort, with its beautiful beaches, and a great destination for mountaineers, with a breathtaking view of the Kastela Bay.
Here you will find the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the Kastela Bay. It is also in Kastel Stafilic that the oldest olive tree in the Adriatic (Olea europea) grows. The tree is over 1500 years old and has been protected as a natural monument since 1990.
To complete the unique history of your holiday, visit the nearby beautiful ancient town of Trogir as well as the vibrant regional centre of Split with its perfect blend of tradition and modern lifestyle.

The apartment is modern but not really comfortable for us. The equipment was complete. For longer stays, a vacuum cleaner would be wise. Due to a new construction, the sea view is strongly affected and only on the balcony a small neckline can be seen. This does not seem appropriate to us for an apartment whose description expressly states the sea view.

The communication was fabulous. Just like in the pictures. Unfortunately, no mosquito net, but that is probably not so common in the area and complaining at a high level. The area itself was very, very quiet in our time, also because of the dead end. Bakery (very good), small pizzeria and small council in the locality. We did the rest, like eating, shopping and going in the evening among the people in Fazana. The beach in Peroj was a dream for us!

The host and the accommodation are great. All requests were answered. As in the pictures. We wanted peace and quiet, after which we had too much hustle and bustle in Baska last year. All major cities in the area can be reached in a short time. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. We can only recommend the accommodation. Thank you rentlocation

Beautiful holiday apartment that really has everything to offer: fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen, washing machine, etc. The beach, a small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. Peroj is an excellent starting point for many beautiful excursions.
